Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase our media presence, engage with audiences, and drive traffic. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for social media and a deep understanding of the various platforms. This role involves developing monthly content calendars, creating engaging posts, monitoring paid and organic social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategy and content calendar
- Manage all company’s social media accounts i.e. Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube that cater to multiple audiences
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions
- Attend internal and external events to with live story coverage on social media
- Engage with online audience
- Monitor and support paid social media channels to drive traffic to specific campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales and Communication teams to create relevant content aligned to sales goals and brand awareness
- Monthly analytics of social media channel performance with recommendations for optimization
- Monitor social platforms for trends, news and competitor activity
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Proficient in social media analytics and reporting
- Experience in Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is preferred.
- Proficient in Office 365 applications.
- Knowledge in various design applications preferred
